Despite the temperature is close to zero, birds feel springtime and they are starting the rites to attract females, here the thipical   pre mating "penguin dance" in this case it was a cold and  rainy Saturday, anyway it' s  a strong gorgeous show which fill our soul of true happiness

PS the quality of pictures is very poor because the "dancers" were very far from me

My weapons

I always have been  a Pentax camera user, before with analogical Pentax Super A and MX and nowadays with an old weather sealed Pentax K20D...i couldn't image how a digital camera can be so strong as well Pentax still allows me to use very old pre digital and manual focus lenses.
My actual lenses line up is the following: 28 mm f2.8 A serie, 50mm f1.7 M serie, 50mm f1.4 A serie, 18/55mm WR AF , 100mm 2,8 macro DFA WR, 300* f'4 A serie , Sigma 500 mm EX DG f 4,5.
